Stuck one on before a week of crowded trains and open-plan meetings, and I didn't end up with the usual office bug. The 30 count means I've got plenty left for the season, and it genuinely feels like a zero-effort way to support my routine.

I’d been sick three times by February, so slapping one of these on each morning felt like the easiest thing I could actually stick with. The 30-count box has lasted me over a month, and I love that there’s zero measuring or mixing involved—just peel, press, and go about my day.

I've been wearing one daily for about two weeks now and haven't caught the office cold that's been going around, though I honestly can't say for sure it's the patches doing it. The 30-count pack lasts a full month, and peeling one off in the morning takes two seconds.
