I keep a patch on my wrist during my afternoon slump and it actually gets me through my to-do list instead of crashing on the couch. The patches stick well for hours and peel off without leaving any gunk. Already on my second pack.

My afternoon slump used to mean scrolling for an hour, but now I just stick one of these on my wrist and the energy boost gets me through my last few meetings. The patches are so thin I forget I'm wearing one until I notice I've actually finished my whole to-do list.

I’ve tried a lot of ways to stay on task, but these are the first patches that actually make a difference without making me jittery. The adhesive is solid and they’re so easy to just slap on before diving into a busy afternoon.
