ドリームパッチ - マグネシウム

Three weeks in and I'm still reaching for these magnesium patches every night — they stick through tossing and turning without leaving any residue. The "no mixing or scheduling" part is what sold me since I'm terrible at remembering pills, and they've genuinely become part of my wind-down routine.

Honestly, I was skeptical about patches doing anything, but waking up after a full night without tossing and turning felt different by the third night. The no-mixing, just-stick-it-on-before-bed routine is so easy I actually remember to use it.

I've tried sleep supplements that require measuring or remembering to take a pill, so having a patch I just stick on before bed is a huge win for my routine. It's been a week and I'm falling asleep faster without any groggy feeling the next morning.
