Patch Stress Down - Ekstra Kuat

I stuck one of these on before a big presentation and honestly felt calmer within the hour. The extra strength version seems to actually do something, unlike the regular patches I tried before. Thirty in a pack means I can keep a few in my bag for hectic days.

The adhesive stayed put through a full workday and a workout, which surprised me—these patches are thin enough that I forgot I had one on my neck. Thirty in the box means I’ve got backup for the chaotic weeks, and that alone takes the edge off.

I've been wearing one on my shoulder before meetings and the 30-count box has lasted me over a month, which feels like solid value. The extra strong version actually gives me a noticeable sense of calm about an hour after I put it on, and they stay put through a full workday without irritation.
