I usually toss and turn for an hour, but since sticking one of these on my wrist before bed I'm out in about twenty minutes. No pills to swallow and no powder to mix, which is exactly what I wanted for a wind-down routine.

I’ve had these patches on my shoulder for three nights now, and the valerian scent is subtle enough that it doesn't bother me. They stick well through the night, and I wake up feeling genuinely more rested without the fuss of mixing anything.

The "no pills, no powders" part sold me, and honestly it’s the easiest sleep aid I’ve tried. I just peel one on my shoulder after brushing my teeth, and I’m out within twenty minutes without that groggy next-day feeling. Three weeks in, and I’ve already ordered a second box.
