I stuck one on before a 12-hour travel day and honestly forgot it was there until bedtime. Eight packs means I'm not rationing them, which is exactly what I wanted.

The patches stay put all day, even through a sweaty commute and desk work, which is the main thing I needed. Eight packs means I've got a full month covered, and peeling one on each morning has become a small ritual that sets the tone.

Three weeks in and I've worn them through workouts, long commutes, and back-to-back meetings—not once did anyone notice or did the edges peel up. The 8-pack is enough to get a real feel for how they slot into a daily routine, which honestly matters more than I expected.
